Galactica Sitrep reports Battlestar Galactica will be present at this year’s San Diego Comic Con in July. From Galactica Sitrep:

This morning Seat42F started to reveal a bunch of panel days and times. After a full day of source-prodding, the Watch With Kristin grrls have a whole bunch more, including stuff we care about here at Sitrep. Although they take pains to point out this is all “totally unofficial, unauthorized and subject to change (especially if there is an actors’ strike),” this is what they’ve announced:

Saturday, July 26
2:15–3:15 p.m.: Battlestar Galactica panel

Please note, however, that all 4-day and Saturday tickets have been sold out (rather unsurprisingly), so if you’re out late, you’re also out of luck.

Wow! Some amazing new photos of Tricia have surfaced online. On June 11, Tricia showed up at the Battlestar Galactica exclusive celebration, looking absolutely stunning. 16 hi-res photos have been added to the gallery.

• ‘Battlestar Galactica’ Exclusive Celebration on June 11

Ahoy, Californian fans of Tricia! According to Next-Gen.biz, Tricia will be making an appearance at the Nvision conference in San Jose, CA in August. From Next-Gen.biz:

Tricia Helfer, a.k.a. “Number Six” on the sci-fi series Battlestar Galactica, will be delivering a keynote speech at Nvidia’s new Nvision 08 conference. Helfer, a model turned actress who also played General Kilian Qatar in EA’s Command and Conquer 3, will be talking at Nvision about how advancements in visual computing are affecting the entertainment industry, event officials said.

Attendees will also be able to meet Helfer at the event’s GeForce LAN event. This will be the first year for the Nvision conference, and will take place in San Jose, Calif. August 25-27. The event will play host to “top visual computing professionals, world-class gamers, innovative artists and designers, and cutting-edge researchers to share their ideas, experiences and passions.”

As expected, on May 22 Tricia stopped by CBS’ Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson to promote the ongoing fourth and final season of Battlestar Galactica, and here’s our coverage of it.

Brace yourselves! On May 12, Tricia showed up at the NBC Universal Experience event in New York looking as lovely as ever. I’ve added 7 medium-res and 27 hi-res photos of a gorgeous Tricia at the event, which I hope you’ll enjoy.

As for Battlestar Galactica coverage, I know I’m lagging behind. I’m having some difficulty obtaining episodes atm, because I’m out of town (and will be so until June 18). Sorry guys!

Unfortunately, according to CBS’ website for the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Tricia’s April 15 (i.e. today’s) appearance on the show has been cancelled. Sorry, guys! We’ll let you know if her appearance is rescheduled.

On April 11, Tricia stopped by NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promote the fourth and final season of Battlestar Galactica — and here’s our coverage of it.

In case you missed her Tonight Show debut appearance, the good people at CelebUtopia have posted an SDTV video of it which you’ll want to check out. Personally, I highly recommend watching the clip as Tricia was on the show with Star Trek William Shatner, who together with Jay Leno made quite an unforgettable combination. On the show, Tricia discussed her motorcycling hobby, why Battlestar Galactica is coming to an end, her Playboy Feb 2007 feature and the fact that neither Leno nor Shatner remember ever having met Tricia before.

I’ve added some medium-res screen captures of Tricia on the show to the gallery - if I can find a better quality clip I will of course re-cap her appearance. And may I just say how absolutely lovely Tricia looked on the show, perhaps my favorite look of Tricia’s yet!

Update Apr 14: I’ve now replaced the existing screen captures with new HDTV ones. Although the new caps are a tad smaller than the original ones, they are much sharper and contain some new footage of Tricia on the show. Enjoy!

• ‘Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ (NBC) on April 11 2008 Screen Captures

TVGuide.com reports the main cast of Sci-Fi Channel’s Battlestar Galactica - Tricia Helfer included - will be making an appearance on CBS’ Late Show with David Letterman on March 19 2008. The cast will be in New York at the time for Sci-Fi Channel’s annual upfront presentation; here’s to hoping we’ll have some photos by then! From TVGuide:

Battlestar Galactica fans are going to want to FauxVo the March 19 Late Show with David Letterman. Sources confirm to me exclusively that nearly the entire Galactica cast, including Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Katee Sackhoff, Jamie Bamber, Tricia Helfer and Lucy Lawless, will present the Top 10 list on next Wednesday’s Late Show. Frakkin’ awesome!

The timing makes sense for two reasons: The Galactica crew will be in New York next week for Sci Fi’s annual upfront presentation, and the show’s fourth season finally gets off the ground on April 4.

I’m told Letterman’s writers have yet to come up with a theme for the Top 10 list, so whaddaya say you float some suggestions in the comments section below. I’ll get the ball rolling: The Top 10 Reasons Michael Ausiello Should Be the Fifth Cylon.

Ooh! Tricia has made her second event appearance of the year. On February 27th, she attended the ‘Celebrate Like Royalty’ party in Hollywood, looking absolutely fabulous and sexy, as always. Gotta love that leather jacket!

Tricia’s official site reports Tricia will be making an appearance as a special guest monologist at the improv show Asssscat in Los Angeles (5919 Franklin Ave.) on Saturday, February 2! You can reserve your ticket(s) for the show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre official site at $8 apiece. From UCBTheatre.com:

ASSSSCAT, the Upright Citizens Brigade’s improv juggernaut that has played to critical acclaim and sold out audiences in New York City for the past ten years, has landed in Los Angeles. So what exactly is ASSSSCAT? Well, it starts with a group of improv comedians currently working in film and television taking the stage accompanied by a special guest monologist. Some guest monologists are talented celebrities, others are screwed up weirdoes. Either way, they usually have great stories to tell. We take a suggestion from the audience, then the show begins. The special guest shares off-the-cuff thoughts, feelings, and personal remembrances inspired by the suggestion. The improvisers in turn use this impromptu monologue as fodder for a series of high octane, balls-to-the-wall improvised sketches that have made this show one of the longest running improv shows in the history of the world.
